Terms and conditions

Our prices include the provision of all necessary cutlery, disposable plates, bowls and napkins and glassware (if we supply the drinks), also serving trays/utensils.
Linen tablecloths and napkins are available to hire for sit-down meals, prices available upon request.

Delivery is free of charge within the Central London/City areas. For functions outside these areas a delivery charge based on time taken and mileage may be applied.

There is a minimum order charge of £100.00.

When credit arrangements have not been previously been agreed,all invoices must be settled before delivery. Payment can be made by Bankers Draft, cash or cheque (company or personal), but if paying by cheque payment must be received ten days prior to the function date.

Where credit arrangements have been agreed, our terms are 14 days net.

We reserve the right to change menus according to market availability of produce. In this case we will always endeavour to notify the customer of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

All breakages and losses will be charged at replacement cost.

In cases where delivery only is required we will always try to deliver at the specified time but cannot be held responsible for abnormal traffic conditions,accidents or breakdowns outside our control. Deliveries will also only be made to the customer’s reception area unless previous arrangements have been made with us.
